I practice an integrative approach utilizing an attachment lens and EMDR(Eye-movement and re-processing therapy). As an EMDR therapist I bring a trauma focused perspective and teach clients brain based techniques to provide relief right away. EMDR can help you to reduce anxiety, feel more empowered and to re-process overwhelming or traumatic memories. I believe that we each hold within us the capacity to heal, thrive and grow.
