My Approach

I practice an integrative approach utilizing an attachment lens and practicing EMDR to help client's develop their own source of calm, learn about how their brain works and re-process traumatic memories. I also focus on the mind-body connection, parts work, inner child healing and practice emotionally focused therapy for couples. My goals is to help you to lead a life you love and have the relationships you deserve.


As an EMDR therapist I bring techniques and a trauma focused perspective. EMDR can help you to reduce anxiety, feel more empowered and to re-process overwhelming or traumatic memories. I believe that we each hold within us the capacity to heal, thrive and grow. I hold the therapeutic relationship as a sacred space for self-exploration and for us to collaborate together to help you achieve your goals. I am passionate about creating safe spaces, building community, and trauma research.
