My Approach

Welcome to my integrative therapy practice I specialize in attachment therapy and EMDR to help clients reduce anxiety, process trauma, and achieve goals. Together, we'll create a sacred space for self-exploration and collaborate to help you lead a life you love.

I have an integrative approach based in attachment theory and practice EMDR as a powerful tool for treating anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) a technique that uses bilateral stimulation to help process traumatic memories and reduce their emotional impact. Attachment theory helps to understand how early relationships shape our emotional responses, while neuroscience provides insights into how the brain processes and stores memories.
