EMDR Intensives

EMDR intensives are designed to help individuals address specific symptoms of trauma, depression, and grief in a condensed period of 2-3 days. These sessions provide a focused and intensive approach to healing, allowing individuals to make significant progress in a shorter amount of time.

How does an Intensive work?

During our intensive, we will meet for 90 minutes at a time for 2-3 days. We will provide breaks throughout the sessions and time between sessions to help you integrate, process, and move through your emotions. This will allow you to fully engage in the process and get the most out of our time together.
